1. About these terms

This website is operated by Sasha Hopkins (ABN 20 712 219 695), trading as Closara ("Closara", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. What Closara is

Closara provides marketing and sales technology and related services to businesses (B2B). Closara does not provide financial product advice, credit assistance, or any service that requires an Australian Financial Services Licence or an Australian Credit Licence. Nothing on this website is financial, credit, investment, tax or legal advice, and it should not be relied on as such. You should obtain your own professional advice before making business decisions.

3. Illustrative figures

Any performance figures, revenue amounts, return-on-investment numbers, projections or case-study results shown on this website are illustrative or projected examples only. They are not guarantees, promises or representations of results that any particular business will achieve. Actual results depend on each business's own circumstances, inputs and execution.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this website, the Closara software, and any downloadable materials (including any "playbook" or guide) are owned by or licensed to us and are provided for your information only. They are licensed, not sold. You must not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, reverse engineer or create derivative works from any of this material without our prior written permission.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse this website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, scraping or harvesting data, interfering with its operation, reverse engineering any part of it, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Third-party links

This website may contain links to third-party websites for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, products or practices of those sites, and linking does not imply endorsement.

7. No warranty

This website is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss or damage (including indirect or consequential loss) arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website or its content. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where our liability can be limited but not excluded, it is limited, at our option, to re-supplying the relevant service or paying the cost of having it re-supplied.

9. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the website is your acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
